These "terms of sale" have been translated from Italian for your convenience and may contain translation errors or misunderstandings.
The unique official terms of sale are published at www.noizewood.com/shop/condizioni_vendita.asp and in any case the Italian legislation in force at the time of purchase prevails over all.
Orders
The order is considered valid and binding for the customer since the start of the practices necessary for its fulfillment. These terms of sale are considered accepted by the customer when sending the order. Things that are not specifically mentioned in these conditions are subject to the current italian legislation.
The customer can make payment orders using one of the following ways:
a) bank transfer in advance
Choosing payment by bank transfer, the ordered goods will remain engaged for a few days from the date of order, after which the order will be treated as void and the goods will return available for sale. To speed up the delivery of goods is recommended to email a copy of the payment receipt and order data (owner and order number).

b) PayPal/Credit Card
Noizewood makes use of PayPal for all credit card transactions.
Product Availability
Product availability displayed online is real. For some categories verification in our warehouse is required, which is usually done within 24 hours. If the customer place an order of an article resulting available on website and from a warehouse control is NOT available, Noizewood will inform the customer about expected time for the arrival of the item, in this case the customer can wait for the arrival of the instrument or cancel the order.
Methods, costs and delivery times
The goods are shipped via courier and products are insured. Is necessary, however, at the time of delivery, check that the number of packages are as specified in the delivery note and that the packaging is not wet and not altered. The existence of damage or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be contested immediately to the carrier through a special notation on the delivery note specifying in detail what, how and where are localized damage, in this way will be possible for Noizewood make a claim against the carrier. If not contesting or the annotation was poorly written or lack of detail, the resolution of the problem will be provided by the customer who will have to negotiate directly with the carrier. But even in this case Noizewood will make every effort to support the customer in all possible ways.
In the case the packaging is intact but the contents damaged by transport will need to make a report within 24 hours of receipt (to be able to communicate it promptly to the carrier) through the support area www.noizewood.com/support.
Delivery costs, unless otherwise stated, are charged to the customer and the amount is automatically calculated by the system online. This can vary depending on the weight, size and volume of goods shipped. Noizewood reserves the right to inform the customer about increases or surcharges on shipping non-standard and/or products shipped in areas for which there is an increase than normal rates. Noizewood not responsible for any delay in processing or delivery of goods due to the carrier.
Items marked with a green dot, available in our warehouse are shipped within 5 working days of receipt of payment (if the payment was made by bank transfer 5 working days from receipt of the amount to the bank account) and arrive at destination within 24 to 48 hours after delivery in Italy and in some european destination, or more days or weeks in some european or worldwide destination (you can request information regarding order shipments during holidays or at particular times of the year). The products marked with the orange LED (bookable), can be pre-ordered, we will find and reserve them to the customer. In this case the time of arrival can drain significantly (subject to availability of the manufacturer).
Prices
All prices include local VAT, are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping costs or other additional charges unless otherwise indicated. Any customs duties are not included and they could be charged to the customer by the customs of the country of destinationnd.
Return Policy
Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999 of Italian Law the "customer" (that is, the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity "- art. 1469a) that for whatever reason are not satisfied with the purchase, has right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of goods. This right can be exercised by sending a request by support. Once Noizewood has accepted the request will inform the customer with instructions for the return, which will be paid by Noizewood if the return is in Italy or by customer if is outside Italy. The customer must carefully pack the good and make it soon. After too long the good will be rejected. The best thing is to contact Noizewood and make direct arrangements.
As soon as the good will come back, Noizewood snc check that are not excluded the "right of withdrawal" because it has failed the "essential integrity of the good" (packaging and/or its content) or in the case that we record:
- the lack of the external/internal packaging;
- the absence of product components (accessories, cables, manuals);
- use of the product that make it impossible to restore the pre-existing conditions for sale;
- improper packing and/or the presence of adhesive tape applied to the instrument during the packaging operations (where it immediately ruins the polishing and unfortunately it happened);
In case of forfeiture of that right, Noizewood snc will return to sender the purchased good by charging the shipping costs.
In case there are proper conditions of withdrawal Noizewood snc proceed to ask the customer data for the redemption proceeds (which will be performed by the same means by which the customer has paid) and will undertake to do this in the time prescribed by law.
Warranty and service
The guarantee is valid for one year for those who purchase for purposes related to business or professional and for two years for "private" customers.
To make use of the warranty or assistance you need to make a procedure through the support area at www.noizewood.com/en/support/. Communications between the customer and our company will be entertained only by e-mail.
Noizewood will provide a return number (RMA) and instructions on how return. The goods will be controlled and in case of failure or damage due to manufacturing defects will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or refund. In all cases the shipping costs to and from are charged to the customer.
If the product were to be tampered with, disassembled, altered or labels that identify the serial number or Part Number removed or altered, or the malfunction has revealed due to an improper use, the guarantee will not be valid. However, if the defect reported by the customer should not be found, the customer must cover the costs of management and intervention that will be quantified from time to time depending on the extent of the intervention. The warranty does not cover normal usury and/or components that are subject to usury (strings, tuning machine usury, etc.).
All possible transport costs are charged to the customer. Are excludes any right of the Customer for damages or compensation, for any direct or indirect personal and/or things due to equipment failure or defects of the products purchased from Noizewood
